Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to engage them and provide assistance.
- Address customer service inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage inbound calls from customers, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Assess customer needs and efficiently direct them to the relevant department.
- Navigate a blended call center environment, effectively balancing both outbound and inbound calls.
- Support a variety of client campaigns tailored to corporate needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions for record-keeping purposes.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with customers.
- Proficiency in outbound calling techniques; prior upselling experience is advantageous.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or related sales roles is beneficial.
- Familiarity with the mortgage, banking, or financial sectors is a plus.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Compensation And Benefits
- Full-time position available, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive pay rate ranging from \(18.00 to \)19.00 per hour.
- Flexible shift options between 8 AM - 11 PM EST to accommodate work-life balance.
